Azerbaijan Army held a contest of military psychologists.

According to the preparation plan for the 2019, approved by the Minister of Defense, the Department for Ideological Work and Moral-Psychological Support of the Main Department for Personnel held the first stage of the contest "Best Psychologist of the Year" in the types of troops, Army Corps, formations, separate military units and special military-educational institutions.

The contest is held to increase the special training of military psychologists, right application of methods and means of psychological work and the development of their professional skills.

The winners were determined following the results of the first stage.
